19th-century Dauphinoise olive pot w/ 4 handles 20¾"

A fabulous, large antique Dauphinoise terracotta olive pot dating from the nineteenth century. It features four small loop handles around the top with three doigtier dots defined by pressing fingers into the soft clay around the base of each loop handle. Note the pretty natural finish and lovely aged patina. Today, this charming floor pot / vessel would make a nice addition among a similar assortment of pots to bring the charm of the mountainous regions of southeast France to your interiors.
