3 vintage cantilver chairs, circa early 1990s by CoDesign, an Austarlain manufacturer who at the time of closing in 1996 was Australia's largest designer and manufacturer of office furniture.
The quality is evident, with the chairs being solid and heavy and without doubt one of the most comfortable cantilver chairs we've sat in. The fabric is in excellent conditon, no tears and freshly steam cleaned. The unique pattern and color tones have the effect of changing color depending on the angles they're viewed from, as well as the effects of lighting.
The chrome legs have no rust and have been polished, with only small areas of scuffing showing. The thick plastic arm covers also show little wear.
These chairs are good enough to be used in the home, whether the lounge or study, as well as in a commercial setting.
