6" Pothos, Mint Variegated

Epipremnum pinnatum albo variegata, also called a mint Pothos is in its growth habit just like any old Pothos, but in looks, dramatically different. Leaves of bright deep and light emerald are flashed with pure white variegating splashes and streaks, with the white over the green in some patches blending to make minty green shadings, hence the nickname, "mint".  Much narrower, longer, and pointier than regular Golden Pothos, the leaves arranged alternately on their green/white stems turn to all directions, sometimes the tips having the slightest curve to the right for some reason. Now, like a lot of its kin this is a youngest, simple leaf form we have in this size, but when older and especially supported on a sturdy pole (we like moss poles, natural support that the roots can sink into for more strength and absorb water when you wet them) the leaves will get huge and develop nice splits like a Swiss Cheese Monstera, starting with a single random split here and there and ending with each leaf regularly split all the way down. Very strong, easy plant to care for and so fun to watch for those big split leaves to happen.

Quick Care Guide:

• Water - Low/Med (2):  Doesn't need as much water, but doesn't like to stay dry for too long. Plant will become droopy when really thirsty.
• Light - Low/Med (2):  These plants need some diffused light to stay happy. Prefers if there is a window in the room, but doesn't need to be very light nor close to it.
• Difficulty - Low/Med (2):  A little less finicky than most. Doesn't require much attention at all.
