Antique French glass olive jar w/ decorative glass rods

This charming antique French glass vase has a spacious round form, indicating that it could have originally been used for storing olives. This piece dates back to the early-twentieth century and was crafted using a mold technique. The five decorative glass rods placed inside at a later date carry a separate history. These were likely originally part of a glass waterfall chandelier, repurposed here for decorative use.
