This French Brutalist-style coffee table is built with sturdy oak mortise-and-tenon trestle construction and topped with a hand-glazed tile surface signed by R. Blanchard. Delicate botanical sgraffito motifs are etched into the warm terracotta glaze across each tile, adding a quiet, artisanal detail to an otherwise substantial form. The low profile and chunky trestle base give it real presence in a living room or lounge setting.
