Designed to be a well-draining media formulated for our wet west coast location. Start your new lawn (or amend your current lawn) with soil that has the correct balance of drainage and nutrient absorption ability.
Recommended Use: Leveling your lawn while adding nutrient. We recommend you have this as your base layer with an additional layer of our organic manure for sowing grass seed.

Delivery fees and discount will be applied when a delivery date is set. Please note that our truck can only deliver one kind of material at a time, which means you will have two delivery fees if you purchase more than one kind of substrate.
We offer local delivery to Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, and Langley. Delivery rates are based on the distance from our garden center. Our truck can carry up to 5 yards per load, so if your order is over 5 yards, an additional delivery charge may apply to cover extra trips.
