Centurion Pro 3.0 SS Trimmer (WET / DRY) w/ Electropolished Tumblers

The 3.0 SS is the GMP edition of the CenturionPro 3.0. Built for large sized harvests with an hourly throughput rate of up to 125 lbs wet (25 lbs dry) for the Single Machine System and 450 lbs wet (90 lbs dry) for the Triple Machine Rail System. Additionally, CenturionPro machines are specially designed to use a dual-purpose hybrid tumbler to trim both wet and dry material for unprecedented versatility and value.

The 3.0 SS Trimmer is Compatible with CenturionPro’s innovative Triple-bag Kief Collection System, to retain trichomes for extracts and maximize a harvests value. The 3.0 Medical Grade Trimming System is one of the highest capacity commercial-scale automated trimmers in the world – and it comes Health Canada/FDA ready! This machine is composed of medical grade anodized aluminum and stainless-steel components to meet all regulatory standards. The 3.0 Standard System comes all-inclusive with the largest hopper in the industry (food grade), a 6-horsepower leaf collector suction system and our unique triple-bag kief filtration & trim collection system. Also, our machines are specially designed to trim both wet and dry material.

Speed Control empowers growers to better trim a wider variety of strains, regardless of flower size, shape, or density. Increase velocity for a higher feed rate with wet or heavy resin coated buds or slow it down to be extra gentle on dried flower.

Featuring 304 stainless steel and nickel-plated aluminum construction, nitrided cutting blades, food grade hopper, double sealed bearing chamber and maintenance free food-grade stainless steel bearings. Our Quantanium Coated Tumblers delicately handle flowers and give 40% greater trichome preservation. This technology prevents precious trichomes from adhering to the tumbler surface without the need for special lubricants or sprays. This also speeds up the harvesting process since no downtime is required to stop and clean the tumblers throughout the day. A simple wipe down with a cloth and warm water will remove the small amount of residue that may be present. Upgrade price is based on all 3 tumblers that come with the system upgraded from Electropolish to Quantanium.
