Coin-Leaf Peperomia (Peperomia polybotrya)

Also known as Teardrop Peperomia, this beautiful foliage plant is becoming trendy among houseplant enthusiasts. Plants have thick, deep green, heart-shaped leaves with a charming white dot right in the middle. Simple thin flower stalks emerge when the plant is 8” tall and continue to bloom for months thereafter. Coin-Leaf Peperomia makes a wonderful, easy care houseplant with an interesting and outstanding shape. Take care when watering as peperomias store moisture in their fleshy leaves so they don’t need quite as much water as you might think. Bring plants to full dryness in summer before giving a deep watering. In winter reduce watering drastically and stop fertilizing. These plants are in limited supply so don’t delay!
