Enjoy decorating even more when you have your own kiln. This Cress Kiln E2818 is 28" X 18" deep, has a capacity of 6.6 cubic feet, has 3" thick energy efficient fire brick, and is a pleasure to fire. All Cress kilns feature durable fire brick, heavy gauge long lasting elements, locking steel two position lid brace. The kiln also comes with a digital electronic firing control that allows you to fire by temperature or cone equivalents. It has five automatic firing cycles, remembers six custom firing programs and allows preheating and drying of your ware. The automatic firing cycles reduces heat-shock and replaces the need for pyrometric cones. Also included are a steel kiln stand, steel safety bottom plate and oversized handles for easy moving. This model requires 240 volts, draws 48 amps, and fires to cone 10 (2350 degrees F.). All Cress kilns come with a three year warranty and access to Cress's toll free help line. Made in the USA.
