Echeveria Lime and Chili is a succulent in the Crassulaceae family, bred from the Echeveria genus native to the semi-arid highlands of Mexico and Central America. Like its wild relatives, it grows well in bright, well-draining conditions and grows as a clustering rosette that gradually fills a pot over time.
'Lime and Chili' forms tight, symmetrical rosettes with fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves in fresh lime green tipped with rosy-red to chili-orange edges, especially under strong sunlight. The color shifts intensify when exposed to plenty of bright light or cooler nighttime temperatures. As a clustering variety, it produces offsets around the base that gradually expand into a full, hen-and-chicks form.
