Our design specifications called for heavier duty premium grade polypropylene material.

8mil heaviest duty PP prevents accidental breakage. 

Contamination Control

The filter includes a finer nylon mesh that improves airflow and particle filtration, especially from airborne molds.

Refined poly mesh .2 micron filter stops all airborne contams in their tracks. 

Safe Spawn Inoculation

We also upgraded our self healing injection port by welding another PP wall making it fully encapsulated. 

Fully encapsulated injection port with thick rubberized port ensures nothing but spores enter the bag.  

Commercial Size

Ours come in a standard size of 8' x 5' x 20' x 8mil and have neatly trimmed and upgraded welded seams for rugged structural integrity.

Suitable for various mushroom cultivation purposes, our bags have a thicker PP gauge and increased load-bearing capacity, stand up to higher temperatures, pressures and won't fail during sterilization. 

Great for spawning or full cycle fruiting.
