Fiorone Di Ruvo figs are drop shaped and have purple, brown, and green skin. To some, this is not the prettiest fig, but it makes up in size what it lacks in beauty. Fiorone Di Ruvo will produce a breba crop that ripens from June-July, and does not require caprification from the fig wasp. These large brebas will have a pink/amber colored pulp. The Fiorone Di Ruvo trees primarily grow 5-lobed leaves. The trees have semi-weeping branches that create a beautiful look in the garden while you wait for your monster figs to grow! These Mediterranean figs tend to grow best in hot climates, but make an exciting addition to any fig enthusiasts collection because of their unique large size.

When do we ship rooted cuttings?
We begin shipping rooted cuttings once they are mature enough to ship. The shipping period typically begins late April and continues into June. Regardless of the date you select during checkout, we will ship when ready during that span. Please do not ask for ETA's or specific arrival dates. You will receive an email when your order ships with UPS Ground tracking details.
