How to Use SafeVac for Maximum Results

1. Drying: Before using SafeVac, ensure your flower is dried for 10-14 days at 60°F with 60% relative humidity (RH). The optimal moisture level should be 10-12%, or water activity between 0.55-0.58 using a water activity meter.

2. Packing: Unroll the film to your desired size, heat seal one edge, and fill the pouch with your flowers, leaving space at the top for SafeVac to work effectively.

3. Sealing: Use a vacuum sealer to remove the air and heat-seal the pouch for both curing and storage.

4. Curing: Leave the bags sealed for at least two weeks. SafeVac’s design ensures that you don’t need to “burp” the bags as they will naturally expand as the buds cure.

5. Storing: Keep the pouches in cool, dark conditions with 60% RH to maintain terpene profiles and maximize weight retention. SafeVac is also ideal for long-term storage in freezer conditions.
