Hardy Hibiscus Magenta Chiffon® PP (Hibiscus syriacus)

Large, double magenta flowers bloom throughout the summer on this hardy hibiscus that performs well in zones 5-9. Tolerant to summer heat and humidity, Magenta Chiffon® has green lobed foliage and prolific flowers to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. It makes an ideal focal point plant showcasing its spectacular magenta blossoms with the added benefit of being a hardy plant. It goes dormant in the outdoor garden and will return in splendor the following year. Commonly called Rose of Sharon.
