Hylocereus undatus (Family: Cactaceae), commonly known as Dragon Fruit, Pitahaya, or Strawberry Pear, is a nocturnal-flowering epiphytic cactus native to Central America. The Dragon Fruit Cactus produces stunning night-blooming pink flowers and vibrant magenta fruits with white, seed-speckled flesh.
