Multiplication Media Kit BA Hormone

This Multiplication Media Kit consists of BA Hormone, gel, preservative, and nutrients to form one liter of finished media. Each component is pre-measured. This multiplication hormone concentrated includes 0.1 mg/ml Naphthalene acetic acid and 1 mg/ml benzylaminopurine. 

How to Use Multiplication Media Kit?

Step 1: Add filtered water and two tablespoons (30 gram) white sugar to form one liter of media (50 Oz). One liter of media fills 4 oz to 6 oz baby food jars.

Step 2: Stir the solution and bring the total volume to one liter.

Step 3: Correct pH to 5.8 or above.

Step 4: Now, add agar powder slowly and stir it well.

Note: if you fail to stir, gel powder will not dissolve and settle.

Step 5: Dispense few bottles at a time.

What Does the Kit Include?

The kit includes:

• 1 * 4.43 grams bag or 1 * 60 ml bottle of MS nutrient salts
• 1 * 30 ml or 60 ml bottle of Multiplication or Establishment hormones
• 1 ml PPM preservative
