Quick note on “Lowest $/µmol”: that depends on your selling price vs competitors. If you want it bulletproof, change to “excellent value per µmol.”

CO2 guidance (manufacturer rule of thumb)

CO2 is not required to run this light, but it’s where it shines.

• Once PPFD exceeds 1000 µmol/m²/s, a common rule is 1:1 CO2 PPM to PPFD (up to ~1500).
  Example: at 1500 PPFD, aim around 1500 PPM CO2 (manufacturer notes ~1400 PPM may be the safest starting point).

If running without CO2, PhotonTek recommends increasing canopy distance to keep PPFD appropriate for the growth stage, which also expands coverage toward 6’ x 6’ at lower intensity.
