Pinguicula longifolia subsp. caussensis is native to the limited region of Les Causses in France. This subspecies features notably smaller flowers with corolla lobes that overlap less. Despite thriving in a milder climate, its summer leaves are significantly shorter than those of the Pyrenean variety and lack glands on their undersides.
