Powdered Pastry Sempervivum Hens & Chicks by Chick Charms® – 4 Inch Pot

Powdered Pastry™ by Chick Charms® is a stunning bicolor Sempervivum hybridized by Kevin Vaughn. Its thick, fleshy rosettes start green near the base and transition abruptly to a bold burgundy — with delicate cobweb-like hairs on the foliage tips adding extra depth and texture. Pink blooms appear summer through fall, and each plant can spread up to 12 inches wide for a beautiful mat-like effect.

After blooming, the mother hen declines and sends out new chicks on stolons. Simply remove the spent hen to make space for the next generation to fill in.
