Roots Organics brings two potent liquid guano boosters, HP2 and HPK, each with its unique formulation and purpose to your garden. HP2 is a pure phosphorus supplement derived from liquid seabird guano, a nutrient-rich source. On the other hand, HPK combines the phosphorus potency of seabird guano with an added dose of potassium from langbeinite, providing a balanced nutrient boost.

Coco coir, a common ingredient in many high-quality potting soils, possesses a high cation exchange capacity, particularly for potassium. This characteristic means that plants grown in coco-heavy mediums can readily and rapidly absorb potassium. However, caution should be exercised to prevent overloading your plants with this element, as an excessive potassium concentration can interfere with the absorption of other essential nutrients.

To provide a solution for growers using coco-heavy mediums, we offer HPK as a separate option. This allows you to supplement phosphorus without unintentionally inundating your plants with extra potassium, thereby maintaining a balanced nutrient profile in your coco coir medium. This mindful approach ensures that your plants get precisely what they need when needed.
