Set of Petite Handmade Woodfired Vessels

This lovely set of Woodfired Vessels was made by a local ceramicist who has been throwing clay for decades. He’s made hundreds of these over the years. Wood firing is a process in which the finished glaze colors are derived solely from the ash of the wood in the kiln. Different woods produce different glazes 

I’d use these pots in the kitchen, lined up on a small shelf. Or display small weeds and blooms.
