The Stainless Steel Sprouting Screen and Ring pairs the sturdy ring and convex screen to top any standard 9cm (3½") Mason type sealing jar. After adding sprouting seeds to the jar, use the ring to seal the screen in place with the domed side facing inwards. Soak and rinse as needed, and always leave the jar standing upside down at approximately 45° in a bowl between rinses. This allows crucial air movement and prevents the seeds from sitting in water.
