Strawberry Bubble Fig

This fig is called both “Strawberry Bubble” and “Strawberry Bubblegum” for its unique, candy-like flavor. The figs are complex, fruity, and leave you with a bubblegum taste in your mouth. According to Sacred Origins owner, the strawberry bubblegum flavor was identified by his 7 year old daughter, so you know it has to be candy-good if it passes the test of a child! It’s not just the candy-red pulp that makes Strawberry Bubble figs so colorful. The skin also features unique and beautiful coloring. Strawberry Bubble figs will have a rainbow of purple, green, and yellow skin. The skin has striping, or striation, but it is not uniform. It is more like an artistic brush of color along these multi-color delicacies. Strawberry Bubble figs grow to large size and have a drop shape.

When do we ship cuttings?

Non-Rooted Cuttings(November/December):

We begin to ship cuttings once the trees are dormant and in a shippable state. Exact timing is weather dependent, but we usually start in November. Shipping continues throughout the winter and early spring. We stop shipping when the trees begin to break dormancy, normally around mid-March.

**All non-rooted cuttings ship between November and March regardless of the date selected during checkout. Orders placed during our pre-sale period(October/November) will ship out first in November/December. If you are rooting your cuttings in the spring, our cuttings can be kept in the refrigerator until you are ready to root them. They will be perfectly fine. That is what we do and they've turned into our most impressive trees.

Rooted Cuttings(Spring):

We begin shipping rooted cuttings once they are mature enough to ship. The shipping period typically begins late April and continues into June. Regardless of the date you select during checkout, we will ship when ready during that span. Please do not ask for ETA's or specific arrival dates. You will receive an email when your order ships with UPS Ground tracking details.
