Choose a site with morning sun and at least six hours of direct sunlight a day. They like air circulation, so pull them away from walls and fences.

Well-drained soil is another important consideration for Roses. Elevate your planting with additional soil in a raised bed to improve drainage. If you'll be growing Sunset Horizon™ Rose in containers, make sure they have large drainage holes. Outdoor containers shouldn't have saucers underneath, let the water drain away.
