This impressive tillandsia is the big cousin to our Stricta hybrid. Native to South America, Stricta soft-leaf variety is a large, showy hybrid air plant. Its leaves are curved, velvety, and light green. This variety is named Magnificent, for its large size and colorful blooms. When in bloom, this species sends out long bloom spikes of pastel pink flowers. A great collector's tillandsia.
