The CO2 Alarm Station 2 (AS-2) is an advanced audible-visual alarm module equipped with a color-coded LED display indicator and an LCD digital ppm level display. Its primary purpose is to monitor the CO2 ppm level outside of grow-rooms or grow facilities. The AS-2 can be seamlessly connected to either the AL-1 or AL-2 CO2 sensors channel, or it can be linked to both channels simultaneously to ensure complete redundancy in monitoring.
The AS-2 features a green LED indicator, which signifies that the CO2 level is below 800ppm, indicating a safe environment to enter. When the CO2 level reaches or exceeds 800ppm due to the use of supplemental CO2, the yellow LED indicator is activated. In the event that the CO2 level surpasses the user's preferred level set in the Carbon-X main controller, the AS-2 triggers an audible alarm accompanied by a blinking red LED indicator.
Please note that the AS-2 requires the SPH-1 for supplemental power to operate effectively.
