Vincent van Gogh Tulip

Named after the famous and influential 19th-century Dutch artist, this breathtaking variety produces blooms with the classic egg shape, but its intensely dark, heavily fringed petals are almost unique among tulips. The flowers are deep violet, becoming increasingly dark purple-red toward their lacy edges.
