These Washer Head Screws are designed for secure, watertight installation of multi-wall polycarbonate, fiberglass, or corrugated plastic panels onto wood frames. The EPDM rubber washers provide a water-resistant seal, while the zinc-plated finish adds protection against rust and wear. Ideal for outdoor structures where long-lasting stability is a priority.
Note: These screws are used to fasten the center of panels. For panel edges, we recommend bar caps to allow natural expansion and contraction without panel stress.
Choose the correct length based on your panel thickness:
- 1.5 inch: For 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm panels
