The Cool Tube Hood reflector offers the same cooling vents as the cool tube, with the added bonus of a 25" x22.75” hood for extreme coverage! The new Solarlux digital ballast offers more control over your grow light system and is comparable to Quantum Horticulture Ballasts. Utilizing the dimmable feature allows you to reduce excessive heat during hot days by turning the dimming knob as low as 50% of the light's heat emission ,and lumen intensity during early plant growth and provide high output intensity during later stages.
