This striking plant develops rosettes of yellow-green foliage with deep green centres. They're known to be extremely hardy and easy to care for - great beginner plant or plant companion for folks that need their plants to be on the carefree spectrum.

This full-foliaged plant likes to be in bright, indirect light best but will tolerate levels of medium to medium-low light conditions as well, though this can lead to a less vibrant-looking plant. 

Like all Dragon tree varieties, the Song of India houseplants are fantastic things - shapely, low maintenance and known air purifiers. They're great plants for offices and homes alike and "hold a space" fantastically - lots of presence, without commanding your full attention.

Follow these instructions to keep your Song of India Plant healthy and happy.

Water: Keep the soil on the dry side, very slightly moist at the most and allow the top quarter of the soil to dry out before watering again - if in doubt, rather not water. Water less in winter time. 
Light: Bright, indirect light. Keep it out of the direct sun.
Humidity: High humidity is very important for this plant to grow well and healthy. 
Fertilize: Feed with a well-balanced fertilizer from Spring to end of Summer once a month.
