This award-winning Rudbeckia triloba 'Prairie Glow' is not your typical Brown-eyed Susan. Gold tips accent the vibrant red-orange petals of this long-blooming prairie native. Bushy plants are well branched with lush, lobed leaves on sturdy stems tinted bronzy purple. 'Prairie Glow' self-sows readily, which is an advantage with this biennial.
Rudbeckia is a genus of highly decorative native American perennials that bloom from late summer until frost. They need plenty of sun and good drainage, and offer long-lasting cut flowers.
